How do I get a license?

Settlement time

An application should be submitted on time so that there are no delays in the implementation or event. It is the responsibility of the applicant to submit all the documents for application and to ensure their adequacy.

Delivery time criteria

• General use permits (less execution and events) - 3 to 8 business days.
• Increased traffic and impact on the local environment - 9 to 30 working days. This refers to the use of city land and traffic interventions that last for a day or more.
• Larger executions and events - longer delivery times and special consultations. It is important to inform about the implementation or event well in advance so that the scope can be assessed and arrangements can be made.

Application processing time is assessed on a case-by-case basis based on the nature and extent of the execution or event.

In many cases, a review must be sought from other parties involved, such as Street bs., police, residents and other stakeholders, in which case the delivery time may be extended. In the case of larger operations, a special dialogue is convened with the licensee and relevant stakeholders.

Fees

A separate fee will be charged for issuing a city permit.
