Ægisíða 62
Neighbourhood introduction to local planning
The Planning Officer's office meeting on April 13, 2023, presented a proposal to change the land-use plan for Ægisíða from Hofsvallagata to Lynghagi regarding the plot at Ægisíða 62. The change involves dividing the plot's building lot, creating a main lot around the existing building and a smaller lot for an independent extension, according to the land-use plan by Alternance slf. dated. January 26, 2023.
According to the second paragraph of Article 44 of Act No. 123/2010, stakeholders can comment on the proposal:
Property owners at Ægisíða 60 and 64 and Tómasarhagi 35, 37, 39 and 41.
Tenants of properties on the above-mentioned lots are also considered stakeholders. Property owners should inform tenants about the proposal.
The Planning Officer provides more information. The project manager is Sólveig Sigurðardóttir.
The presentation begins April 19, 2023. Submit comments on the proposal in writing to the Planning Officer or to skipulag@reykjavik.is by May 22, 2023.
