Operating permit proposal - Hygge Coffee and Microbakery (café) at Barónsstíg 6

Reykjavík Public Health has prepared an operating permit proposal for Lev 103 ehf., Hygge Coffee and Microbakery, at Barónsstígur 6, a new business. This is a restaurant; a café where sweets are made and baked on-site, along with production of pre-packaged jams, salads, purees and bowls for distribution to other locations in the same chain. The proposal recommends that operating permit requirements for gathering places apply to this establishment. The proposed validity period is 12 years. Documents related to the proposal are accessible on the Reykjavík Public Health website from May 26 to June 23, 2025. During this period, everyone is entitled to submit comments and suggestions regarding the proposal.
