Operating permit proposal - Daycare at Borgartún 21

Reykjavík Public Health has prepared an operating permit proposal for Hildur Ósk Kolbeins at Borgartún 21 for a new business. This involves a daycare operation of dayparents. The proposal recommends applying operating permit conditions for providing daycare to 6-10 children in a residential home. The proposed validity period is 12 years. Proposal documents are available on the Reykjavík Public Health website,https://reykjavik.is/public-announcement-of-proposed-operating-permits, from May 13 to June 10, 2024. 2025. During this period, the public is invited to submit comments and feedback on the draft permit. A current exemption from the Ministry of Environment, Energy and Climate waives Article 27 of regulation 903/2024 on health standards that addresses operating daycare in a residential home.
