Drinking water samples

Every week, the National Health Service takes samples of drinking water at different points from the distribution system of Veitna ohf. in Reykjavík. Equally, two samples are taken per week, but in special circumstances the number of samples is increased. Every year, samples are taken in a water protection zone and from a distribution system for detailed analysis of chemical and physical factors.
