Two polling station changes in Breiðholt
Two polling stations in Breiðholt are changing for the May 16 city council elections. FB (Fjölbrautaskólinn í Breiðholti, the Breiðholt comprehensive secondary school) will replace the Austurberg Sports Center as a polling station, while Seljaskóli will replace Ölduselsskóli.
The city council elections will take place Saturday, May 16, with polling stations open from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. There are 24 polling stations in total, all unchanged from previous elections aside from these two updates.
Early voting began Friday, April 17, and is available at the District Commissioner of Greater Reykjavík's office at Hlíðasmári 1 in Kópavogur.
If you are not sure if or where you are on the voter register, you can look up ID numbers on the website of Registers Iceland. At https://reykjavik.is/en/elections, you can look up polling stations by address, view walking trails and bus routes, and more.
