New monitoring and document management system at Reykjavík Public Health
Reykjavík Public Health recently launched a new document and monitoring system called HERA.
The new system will support better work practices, boost efficiency and improve services to the public and regulated entities, while ensuring information security and streamlining electronic document processing.
The City contracted with Arango ehf. after conducting a market survey. Officials compared solutions from 12 companies and ultimately chose Arango ehf. because of its user-friendly interface and strong integration capabilities with other Reykjavík City systems. Their solutions, Arango Erindi and Arango Eftirlit, are built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform and streamline document processing.
Reykjavík Public Health will continue to develop the system and adapt it to its operations to better serve the needs of the public.
