Improvements at Fífuborg celebrated with open house

Fífuborg preschool celebrated recently completed renovations with an open house where visitors had the opportunity to explore the improved facilities. The renovations have transformed the facility – the entrance is now larger and more spacious, significantly improving access for children, parents and staff.

Satisfaction with improved learning and work environment

During the development, preschool operations temporarily relocated to Húsaskóli. There was great joy when children and staff could return to their home base at Fífuborg. With new and spacious staff facilities, the work environment has improved substantially, and former staff areas have been transformed into modern classroom spaces offering children better play and learning conditions.

Visitors who came to celebrate this milestone expressed their satisfaction – not only with the facility improvements, but also with the children's contributions. The exhibit featured diverse and creative projects the children had worked on, including beautiful illustrations of greylag geese and other birds, experiments with self-watering planters, and detailed embroidery.
