42 excellent musical acts participated in Music Experiments 2025. The acts showcased a wide variety of genres and styles, with exceptionally strong attendance at both the preliminary and final nights.

Following a thrilling 10-act finale, organizers announced the results of the selection committee and audience phone vote. Winners secured valuable prizes, including studio time, festival performance slots, Icelandair flights, and instrument store gift cards.

All finalists earn an invitation to The Hotbox, a program preparing youth for music careers. Hitt Húsið Youth Center, Iceland Music, and Music City Reykjavík operate the program.
