The Center for Outdoor Activities and Learning (MÚÚ) is a central knowledge hub for outdoor activities and learning in Reykjavík's school and recreational activities.
Purpose
- Enhance SFS staff knowledge in outdoor learning and activities.
- Promote outdoor learning and activities in children's daily routines
- Simplify implementation of outdoor learning and activities
- Manage SFS central projects related to outdoor activities and learning
Objective
- Ensure staff interest and knowledge in using outdoor activities and learning in school and recreational activities.
- Make outdoor learning and activities desirable tools for teachers and instructors.
- Provide children and adolescents with diverse and rich outdoor learning experiences.
- Ensure good conditions for outdoor activities and learning in schools and recreational activities.
