Reykjavík City is seeking purchase offers for development rights at Krókháls 4 for commercial property.

On the plot at Krókháls 20, it is permitted to build commercial premises on two building sites, up to 4,312.5 m² on Krókháls A and 4,900 m² on Krókháls B. It is permissible to build structures with 4-5 stories that are set into the slope. A maximum of 1 parking space per 75 - 360 m² depending on activity, plus a minimum number of bicycle parking places, see details in the zoning plan documents.
