Career development
Professional development is a cornerstone of quality practice and a culture of continuous improvement in school and recreational activities. It involves purposeful growth that supports staff in deepening their knowledge, skills, and professional independence to meet the needs of children, the work environment, and the broader community. Through diverse opportunities for learning, collaboration, and reflection, these initiatives aim to strengthen professionalism, advance practice, and improve the quality of school and recreational activities in the spirit of the Reykjavík City Education Policy.
