Processing times

  • The City processes requests as quickly as possible depending on their scope.
  • For access to all records of a specific case under the Information Act No. 140/2012, processing time varies. If a request is still under review after seven business days, the expected response times needs to be explained.
  • The maximum processing time is 30 business days from receipt. After that, requesters may refer the case to the appeals committee on information matters.
