Measurements

The Environmental and Planning Department is responsible for drafting and issuing meter sheets and land drafts. The Office of Manpower Execution and Maintenance is responsible for drafting and issuing floor sheets.

Coordinate and altitude register

Coordinates and altitudes at individual coordinate and altitude points are available by telephone or email from the Country Information Department of the Environment and Planning Department.

Measurement sheets describe the bearing and size of land plots and the applicable boundaries of properties and areas of control. On the measuring sheet, the building plot and the measures in force in the area in question must be shown, such as those resulting from approved manpower or supply systems. Measuring sheets are usually in a scale of 1:500.

Height sheets outline the heights on the plot boundary. On the one hand, there are heights on the boundaries of city land and plots, and on the other, heights between adjacent plots. The location and altitude of drainage ditches and the location of cold and hot water ditches are also reported on the floor sheets. In addition, the location of the power and telephone inputs is shown.

Settlement

The CoR's customer service department is responsible for the delivery of meter and height sheets.
