Freyjugata 46

At the Planning Officer's administrative meeting on May 11, 2023, officials presented a proposal to remove a large tree at the property line, expand the display greenhouse, and install a fireplace on the southwest wall of the greenhouse, part 03, at Freyjugata 46, according to ASK Architects' plan dated March 30, 2023.

According to the second paragraph of Article 44 of Act No. 123/2010, stakeholders can comment on the proposal:

To property owners at Freyjugata 44 and Barónsstígur 78.

Tenants of properties on the above-mentioned lots are also considered stakeholders. Property owners should inform tenants about the proposal.

The presentation begins May 31, 2023. Submit comments on the proposal in writing to the Planning Officer or to skipulag@reykjavik.is by June 28, 2023.

After the announcement period, documents are kept for 30 years before transfer to the National Archives of Iceland under Act No. 77/2014 on Public Archives.
