Reykjavík will celebrate Fishermen's Day on Sunday, June 1, with an exciting program for the entire family.

Parade, concerts and family fun

The festival starts with a colorful parade at 12:30pm from Harpa. The parade will make its way to the festival grounds at Grandagarður and surrounding areas, where seafaring and the ocean take center stage.

Varied entertainment awaits the whole family, featuring performances by Væb, Birnir, Jóhanna Guðrún and Latibær, plus a sea rescue demonstration, face painting, activities and games for children of all ages, and free admission to the Maritime Museum exhibit and the Coast Guard vessel Þór.
