Department of Environment & Planning
- If there is more than one building on the same plot, the fee is 50% of the full fee for each building after the first one.
- If a building is given a location at the same time as the plot boundary, 50% of the above fee is paid.
- If there are more than one adjoining plots, the fee is 50% of the above fee for each lot.
For confirmation of the location of buildings and plots according to measurements, the fee is 56% of the normal fee. VAT is not included in the above fees.
