Upplýsingar um takmörkun á skóla- og frístundastarfi vegna Covid19 - in English and Polish below

Auglýsingu stjórnvalda um takmörkun skólastarfs er að finna hér: https://www.stjornarradid.is/lisalib/getfile.aspx?itemid=23a0ee4d-6537-11ea-945f-005056bc4d74. Athugið að í auglýsingunni eru ekki sett viðmið um 2 metra fjarlægð á milli barna eins og gert er varðandi samkomubannið heldur lögð áhersla á að ekki séu fleiri en 20 börn í sama rými.

Starfsemi fer fram á vegum fyrrnefndra aðila og þeir sjá til þess að ekki séu fleiri en 20 nemendur í sama rými og að börn blandist ekki á milli hópa, til dæmis í mötuneyti eða frímínútum. Skólabyggingarnar og önnur rými verða þrifin og sótthreinsuð eftir hvern dag. Ljóst er að skipulag starfseminnar verður með töluvert breyttum hætti vegna þessara takmarkana.

Markmið þess að halda úti skóla- og frístundastarfi í samkomubanni með þeim takmörkunum sem nauðsynlegar eru, er að færa börnum ákveðna festu og áframhaldandi tengsl við kennara og starfsfólk.

Til að auðvelda skipulagið biðjum við ykkur foreldra að láta skóla og frístundaheimili vita ef barn/börn ykkar muni/munu ekki mæta í skólann eða frístundaheimili og jafnframt tilkynna ef breytingar verða á næstunni.

Óskað er eftir að foreldrar sendi þessar upplýsingar sem fyrst og helst í dag, mánudaginn 16. mars, ef kostur er. Vekjum athygli á að tilfallandi veikindi er hægt að tilkynna gegnum hefðbundnar leiðir, s.s. Mentor/Námfús eða með tölvupósti til viðkomandi aðila.
Umsjónarkennarar munu setja sig í samband við foreldra þeirra barna sem ekki verða í skólanum næstu vikur.

Eins fljótt og kostur er verða sendar út upplýsingar um skipulag starfsins næstu vikur en áréttað er að breytingar geta orðið með skömmum fyrirvara, t.d. í ljósi starfsmannahalds. Foreldrar eru því beðnir um að fylgjast reglulega með tölvupóstum og heimasíðum skóla..

Notice that in the announcement about schooling, there were no recommendations of 2-metre distance between children, but this was recommended for adults according to the Ban on Public Gatherings. Instead, schools must emphasize on ensuring that there are no more than 20 children in the same area.

The staff members in school and leisure centres in charge of school operations will thus, guarantee that no more than 20 students are in each area and secure that children do not mix between groups, for instance, at the cafeteria or during break times. The school premises is cleaned and disinfected after each day. It is evident that the school operations will undergo considerable changes because of these restrictions.
The purpose is to continue operating schools and leisure centres even during the Ban on Public Gatherings with the necessary restrictions, in order to give children some sense of routine and to remain in contact with their teachers and other staff.
To ease this arrangement, we ask you, dear parents to inform the school and leisure centres if your child/children will not be attending the school or leisure centre, and to notify of any changes in the coming days.

. Jón Jónsson. Grade X - is at home as decided by parents.
. Jón Jónsson. Grade X - will not attend because of long-term illness.

We kindly ask parents to send information promptly or even today, Monday March 16th if possible. We also remind that it is still possible to send a notification about sickness using the common ways, such as Mentor/Námfús, or via e-mail to the appropriate school staff.
Homeroom teachers will contact the parents of students who will not be attending school in the coming weeks.

Information will be sent as quickly as possible about the adjustments in school operations for the next weeks. Please expect short notice, given the circumstances, as to how the schools undertake the changes, for instance, personnel administration. Parents are therefore asked to regularly monitor the websites and e-mails.

Nalezy zwr?cic uwage, ze rozporzadzenie nie zawiera postanowiena dotyczacego odleglosci 2 metrów miedzy dziecmi, jak ma miejsce w postanowieniu o zakazie zgromadzen, ale podkresla sie ze w tej samej decyzji podjetych przez rzad jest zakaz zgromadzen powyzej 20 uczni?w w jedniej klasie.

Dzialania beda przeprowadzane w wymienionych wyzej postanowieniach i zapewnia, ze w tej samej klasie nie ma wiecej niz 20 uczniów i ze dzieci nie beda sie mieszac miedzy grupami, na przyklad w stolówkach lub wolnym czasie. Budynki szkolne i inne pomieszczenia beda sprzatane i dezynfekowane po kazdym dniu. Oczywiste jest, ze organizacja dnia zostanie znacznie zmieniona z powodu tych ograniczen.
Celem dnia organizacyjnego jest utrzymywania pracy w szkole i w swietlicy, jednak praca szkoly bedzie ograniczona do niezednych spotkan w relacji nauczyciel-uczen.
Aby ulatwic organizacje pracy szkoly, prosimy rodziców o poinformowanie szkoly i swietlic, jesli Twoje dziecko / dzieci nie beda uczeszczac do szkoly i swietlic, a takze o powiadamiac o innych zmianach.
