Breiðholtsbraut will be closed temporarily on Saturday 21 July because of construction on the bridge floor of the new bridge for bicycles and pedestrians between Seljahverfi and Fellahverfi neighbourhoods.
The construction work will start at 7:30 in the morning 21 July and will end at 14:30 in the afternoon. While the construction work is going on the road will be closed between the junctions of Seljaskógar and Jaðarsel and access from Norðurfell will be closed too.
There will be a detour route in Seljabraut and travellers should follow the instructions on signposts.
