Vegna veðurútlits eru foreldrar hvattir til að sækja börn sín, yngri en 12 ára, í lok skóla eða frístundastarfs í dag.
Foreldrar eru jafnframt hvattir til að fara ekki af stað sökum veðurs séu þeir ekki á vel útbúin, frekar þá að bíða af sér veðrið. Börn eru óhult í skól- og frístundastarfinu þar til þau verða sótt.

The weather conditions in the Reykjavik area will deteriorate in the afternoon and parents/guardians of children younger than 12 are asked to pick up their children at the end of the school day or after school programs.
If parents/guardians are not equipped to pick up their children during the storm, we ask them to wait until the weather improves. The children will be kept safe at school until they are collected.
