Central agreements
The Financial Services and Advisory Office enters into central agreements for goods or services for which the buyers of the City of Reykjavík have general use.
Central agreements apply to all departments and offices of the City of Reykjavík as a whole.
Central framework agreement
A central framework agreement is an agreement made with one or more sellers following a tender when it is not clear in advance what the scope of the purchase of goods or services will be during the contract period.
Reykjavík City purchasing entities are obliged to make use of any concluded central framework agreements.
