Procurement and Procurement


The Procurement Office conducts all types of procurement procedures on behalf of the CoR, including competitive negotiations, contract purchases, pre-selection, tenders, micro-procurement and price inquiries for goods and services purchases and actual operations.

Role of the Procurement Office

The Procurement Office ensures that the CoR's procurement complies with the laws and regulations governing procurement. Procurement planning should ensure more efficient procurement, lower operating costs for the city as a whole, simpler procurement processes that lower the indirect acquisition costs of individual fields and business units. The Office is responsible for the drafting of contracts and orders in this area and provides services, advice and training in relation to procurement and procurement methods.

Each CoR area is responsible for conducting procurement in accordance with the CoR's procurement policy and procurement rules (Article 6 of the CoR's procurement rules).
