Outsourcing according to the provisions of the Building Regulations No. 112/2012.

b) Average scope, such as smaller refurbishment or new construction of a single, couple and townhouse and a smaller multi-family house, as well as a listing table or changes to the
planning, 6,300 kr.
c) High scope, such as new construction of larger manpower, more extensive changes in the internal layout of professional houses or larger operations that also require

(c) Specialised structures, such as sanitary warehouses, cultural or research buildings, etc. 44,100 kr.

If the manpower design is particularly cumbersome and/or extensive, the construction supervisor may decide, in the course of consideration of the building permit application, that the inspection body conducts the design documentation review and evaluations at the expense of the owner for the complete or partial execution of the work, in accordance with the provisions of Art. 3.3.1 and 3.3.2 of the Building Regulations No. 112/2012.
The tariffs established by this deed are authorized by Article 51 of the Law on Human Resources No. 160/2010 as amended by the City of Reykjavik on November 3, 2021 and effective at the time of publication.
