For services rendered by the building supervisor, fees shall be charged as follows:

Article 1

Outsourcing according to the provisions of the Building Regulations No. 112/2012.

“Áfangaúttekt” 12.600 kr.

“Stöðuúttekt” 22.100 kr.

Final evaluation:

a) Low scope, such as minor manpower and land changes with changes in appearance or layout, balcony shelters, twigs, garages, house coverings
etc. 25,200 kr.

b) The average scope, such as a smaller refurbishment or new construction of a single, couple and townhouse and a smaller multi-family house or changes to the arrangement. 44,100

(c) Major scope, such as new construction of larger manpower, more extensive changes in arrangements. 63,000

Article 2

Issuance of certificates.

Article 3

Construction License Fees.

Minimum fee upon receipt of application 12,600.

Each main abstract with application:
a) Low scope, such as minor manpower and land changes with changes in appearance or layout, balcony shelter, balcony, twigs, house coverings
etc. 3,200 kr.

b) Average scope, such as smaller refurbishment or new construction of a single, couple and townhouse and a smaller multi-family house, as well as a listing table or changes to the
planning, 6,300 kr.

c) High scope, such as new construction of larger manpower, more extensive changes in the internal layout of professional houses or larger operations that also require
without the opinion of the organizer, the implementation of the project would not fall under subparagraph (a) or (b) of ISK 12,600.

Re-application of expired building permit £12,600

Article 4

Inspection fees for review of special drawings.

Single, couple and townhomes and multi-family houses up to 2,000 m³ 94,500 kr.

Of other premises, including professional premises and grappling houses up to 2,000 m³ 132,300 kr.

For every 1,000 m³ of construction in excess of 2,000 m³:

a) Simple construction, such as ditches, shelters, warehouses, gymnasiums, grappling houses, etc. 18,900 kr.

b) Traditional construction, such as shops and offices, quarters, hotels, etc. 31,500 kr.

(c) Specialised structures, such as sanitary warehouses, cultural or research buildings, etc. 44,100 kr.

Other smaller buildings, such as extension, garage, lobby, solarium, etc. 31,500 kr.

Scope changes in the internal organisation of professional premises 50,400

Extensive changes in the internal organization of professional premises. 100,800

Changes to the internal layout of a private house, house cladding, balcony shelter, land, etc. 18,900 kr.

Article 5

Inspection fees for the over-reading of the property transfer declaration.

Declaration of ownership:

(a) 2-5 properties. 37,800

(b) 5-15 properties. 50,400

(c) 15-50 properties. 63,000

(d) 50 properties and more. 75,600

Surcharge per third reading 12,600 kr.

Article 6

Inspection fees for review of wiring drawings.

Condominium: Single, couple and townhouse 1 x 63a 17,000 ISK

Multi-family house with up to 10 apartments:

Hemisphere 3 x 63a, base fee 17,000 kr.

Per apartment €900.

Larger multi-storey buildings:
Hemisphere 3 x 100-200A, base charge 17,000 kr.

Per apartment €2,150

Professional Housing:

Hemisphere 3 x 63a 25,200 kr.

Hemisphere 3 x 100-200A 67,600 kr.

Hemisphere 3 x 315a and larger 112,600 kr.

Article 7

If the manpower design is particularly cumbersome and/or extensive, the construction supervisor may decide, in the course of consideration of the building permit application, that the inspection body conducts the design documentation review and evaluations at the expense of the owner for the complete or partial execution of the work, in accordance with the provisions of Art. 3.3.1 and 3.3.2 of the Building Regulations No. 112/2012.

Article 8

The tariffs established by this deed are authorized by Article 51 of the Law on Human Resources No. 160/2010 as amended by the City of Reykjavik on November 3, 2021 and effective at the time of publication.
