The Chief Executive Officer is the highest official in the city with the exception of the mayor and one of his substitutes. The Office of the Citizen Secretary is under the authority of the Office of the Mayor and the Chief Executive Officer and the Human Rights and Democracy Offices.
Role of the city secretary
The CoR Secretariat oversees central administration and support services and is the CoR's liaison with structural organisations and Part B societies.
